We’re Hiring!!

Are you the Occupational Therapist we are looking for?

Are you:

  • Passionate about helping others flourish in life and making an ethical impact in our world

  • Eager to learn and able to attune to clients' needs

  • Ready to embrace your strengths and grow beyond your comfort zone

  • Constantly seeking to thrive yourself personally and professionally

  • Willing to start when mutually agreeable

  • Excited about building something of significance, influence and passion? Developing a genuine relationship with clients and families and contributing to a culture of fun, excitement and community

  • A new Occupational Therapy graduate - We encourage you to apply!

You will be responsible for:

  • Independently managing clients (conducting assessment, diagnosis, planning and treatment) with a view to a full-time caseload of between 35-38 hours a week

  • Communicating with any relevant parties of clients (i.e. NDIS, GP, Childcare, Schools, Insurance companies)

  • Participating in activities to attract and retain our valued clients

  • Attending or hosting activities such as community seminars, regular staff meetings and practice-based non-clinical tasks.

  • Meeting a set of clinical excellence indicators including online and offline client contact, administration and documentation, and content creation.

The selected candidate will be rewarded with an above award salary.

Our tailored position will also provide monthly one on one supervision/mentoring, quarterly reviews, regular case study programs and a generous professional development allowance.

You will be constantly surrounded by experienced allied health therapists with a combined total of over 40 years of clinical experience in an environment that will challenge and educate you with practical experience. Our clinic is creative and our approach is modern - you will be part of a team that is more “family” rather than “staff” and our ethos is professional and energising.

If you think you would be a good fit, please send an email to us with the subject “I am an Occupational Therapist” by December 5th to express your interest and tell us why we’d be crazy not to hire you!

Those who are successful will be contacted personally. We can't wait to hear from you!
